The Fund is operating on a global basis but it focuses on emerging countries in Central and Eastern Europe and Asia. The emphasis is on countries that are committed to restructuring and deregulating the energy sector.
Investment Policy
- Average amount of the Fund's participation in one investment is
€3-5 million.
- Minority participation as a developer or long-term owner.
- Fund aims to exit after reasonable holding period (4-8 years). Pre-negotiated exit strategy with the other shareholders is preferred. Public listing or trade sale routing is also possible.
- Fund aims to add value to transactions by providing energy industry and financial expertise.
